Shipping is free on every order. Each woven blanket is made to order and ships within up to 5 business days. You'll get a confirmation when you order and a tracking update when it ships.

Returns & refunds

We want you to love your woven blanket. If you're not happy for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right or refund you in full — and the return is on us.

Made to order

Because every woven blanket is custom-made from your photo, please double-check your design and preview before ordering. If something looks off with what arrives (a defect, a production error, or it doesn't match your approved preview), we'll replace it at no cost.
